Transport Driver & Dispatch Mobile App
A prototype mobile application demonstrating how drivers can view route stops, scan barcodes, capture digital signatures, and operate reliably during cellular dead zones.

Business Challenge & Context
Transport and field service drivers regularly travel through areas with limited or intermittent mobile network coverage. When driver apps require continuous internet connections, drivers cannot view route details, verify packages, or record completed deliveries.
Practical Solution by NORDIC TECH SYSTEM
NORDIC TECH SYSTEM designs offline-ready mobile applications. Daily delivery lists and customer addresses are stored directly on the mobile device, allowing drivers to scan parcels and collect signatures without internet. Once a connection returns, data syncs automatically to the central dispatch office.
How the System Operates
Daily delivery stops are downloaded to the phone at the start of the shift.
Drivers record status, scans, and signatures locally on device storage.
Data synchronizes securely with the dispatch system as soon as signal is restored.
Key Demonstrated Capabilities
This mobile app concept shows how logistics and field service businesses can eliminate connection drop frustrations and provide transport crews with dependable tools in the field.
